E porro.... eporro...

June 18, 2014

E porro.... eporro... didnt know what he was trying to say...

I am talking about the morning bus chauffer who takes me to work... I was slightly puzzled....

Is he calling me... I thought... took a ccouple of steps towards him but he didnt seem to be interested..

E porroo... o pporroo.. he continued...

It was then i saw that old woman walking very timidly towards him and then the chauffer very patiently explaining him something. He then brings the bus to a halt at a place which was of course not the bus stop and as she was about to go out of the door - he explained her to swipe her bus card...

then he again showed her the way, may be to the medicentrum???

As she crossed the road, the chauffer very slowly kept the bus moving forward and continued shouting and showing her the way with his finger pointed towards the medicentrum.

She knodded in gentle acknowledgement.

A thought came to my mind:

You and I come across so many people so many times - how many times do we make such an effort to help someone and make his or her life a bit easier. An honest endeavour to help a fellow being - the sweet satisfaction that comes out of it - is something very special isn't it? They why don't we do that more often.

Eporro.... eporrro... continued to ring in my head...
